POSITION INFO:

Liaise with Partner Team, product owner, development team, business support staff, legal and compliance team.

Outline SLA deliverables with team and assign responsibility connecting relevant departments with partner counter parts. Setting up support structure in line with partner requirements, training partner support teams, provide learning material and bringing in additional resources to supply clients. Coordinate relevant reports to be set up for fee reporting, client engagement call and ticket reports, general performance reports, marketing and campaign reports. Coordinate priorities and development roadmap keeping an ear close to the ground in terms of queries, product friction points, client experience and potential conversion roadblocks. Using data to solve and feedback to partners so ass to influence priorities. Regular updates to partners on business changes to process products. Healthy curiosity for data, problem solver

Desired Experience & Qualification

Tertiary qualification in marketing and communications.

3-5 years in a similar environment, ideally working with clients in a corporate environment, strong writing and communication skills, comfortable with technology and online platforms. Know what agile culture is, project management, online platform experience.
