Minimum Requirements:
-Professional and presentable female
-Fully bilingual, with strong English proficiency
-Solid recent work experience as a Conveyancing Secretary AT A LAW FIRM A MUST, attending to Standard Bank / ABSA / FNB Bond Registrations (KEY REQUIREMENT - NOT NEGOTIABLE)
-Skilled and independently functional (from receipt to finalization) essential
-Computer literate in Ghost Convey
-Meticulous with attention to detail
-To start immediately
-Admitted Conveyancers will relevant drafting experience will also be considered
Duration: 2 weeks temporary position
Duties:
-Independently handling and drafting of bond registrations, from receipt of inception to finalization of the matter
-Liaison with banks, clients, Deeds Office and other law firms
-General conveyancing secretarial duties
Salary: Highly negotiable depending on experience
