Paraplanner

My client in the financial services industry is currently recruiting for a Para planner.  This is a medium sized firm that invests in its employees.  The Para planner will work well together with the financial planner and administrators as a team offering assistance to clients. If you are passionate about investments then apply for this.

Duties:

• Make changes to clients’ investments as instructed
• Implement the chosen investment strategies
• Establish and build strong relationships with clients and attend client meetings with planner if required
• Organize future planning meetings with client
• Review investment portfolio, asset allocation, risk profile etc.

Education and Experience

• CFP or BCOM
• Experience with investments or off shore investments and financial planning would be an advantage

Skills:

• Understanding of the Financial Planning process
• Able to work within defined business processes
• Ability to achieve agreed outcomes without supervision
• Other technical areas (Pensions, Long-term Care)
