My client is an independent financial services provider specializing in financial planning, integrated wealth management and investment solutions.

POSITION INFO:

Job Description:

This is a very client centric role whereby you will be dealing with clients on a daily basis whilst assisting the Wealth Managers / Financial Advisers manage their portfolio’s

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Debrief of client meeting minutes and deliverables with the Wealth Specialist
• Preparation of financial plans and needs analysis according to internal processes
• Communicate with relevant product providers to request required information
• Preparation of documentation for client sign-up meetings, which includes the internal and/ or external compliance documentation, provider requirements, KYC, etc.
• Uploading and submission of documents on the internal platform
• Manage and execute on various client projects
• Implementing transactions for new and existing clients by interacting with the wealth manager and administrator
• Maintaining good record keeping
• Drafting and sending correspondence to clients, wealth specialists and external providers to ensure continuous feedback
• Ensuring that client files and transactions are fully compliant
• Resolving ad hoc client queries      

Educational Requirements:

• AGrade 12 (Matric)
• Wealth Management or equivalent qualification (min 120 credits NQF 5/6)
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) would be to your advantage
• 3 Years plus minus of para-planning experience essential
• Understanding of the financial planning process
• Experience in ‘atwork’ operating system would be to your advantage
• High level of technical knowledge
• Fully computer literate
