Paralegal Administrator

SUMMARY:
My client is looking for a Paralegal Administrator to join there Garnishee Order Department.

POSITION INFO:

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for payroll submission reports to be submitted to Employer

QA all Garnishee order that’s received from Employer

Communicate to Attorneys on record regarding invalid Court Orders

Manage Group email address for Employer

Register all Garnishee orders on the system

Receive deductions files from Employer for Invoicing

Obtain Paid up letters from Attorneys

Garnishee order experience a must

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

 Grade 12/Matric

Knowledge of the Magistrates Courts Act 32 of 1944

Experience in the financial recoveries environment

Minimum three (3) years paralegal experience

Analytical skills

Critical thinking skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Attention to detail and accuracy

Problem solving skills

Self-motivated

Organized and detail-oriented

Prioritize workload and meets deadlines

Ability to work under pressure

Ability to maintain high levels of confidence and integrity

Able to work without supervision

Draft legal opinions
