Panel shop Workshop Controller / Manager

Our client is one of the best Custom and Accident Repair body shops in the Johannesburg West area. The succesfull candidate must be a highly experienced Bodyshop professional with more than 10 years experience as a Workshop Manager in a Panel shop or as a Wokrshop Controller / Senior Foreman or as a Panel Shop Manager.

We are looking for a candidate who is a fully qualified Estimator who is also able to manage the flow of work through the bodyshop as well as managing the Technicians and ensuring they are as productive and efficient as possible.We are looking for someone who is dynamic, enthusiastic and looking to take up this highly responsible role.

The below criteria is non negotiable and essential:

You must meet ALL of the below.

• 8+ years experience in a Panel auto body workshop
• 8+ years experience as a Workshop/production manager
• 8+ years Experience in managing a team of technicians, panelbeaters, spray painters, polishers
• Achieve targets to ensure workshop is profitable 

The salary will be depending on your experience.
