Based in Cape Town, our client has an assortment of award-winning Big 5 safari lodges. Their high-end 4 and 5-star offerings are sought after activities in the Western Cape. We are recruiting for their Paid Media Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
 Develop and implement innovative search media strategies to achieve business
goals.
 Take the lead in developing and executing impactful search media strategies across
various platforms such as Google, Bing, Yandex, and more.
 Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and campaign optimisation to drive
qualified traffic.
 Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and make data-driven decisions to
continuously improve results.
 Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall
marketing initiatives.
 Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates to
maintain a competitive edge.
 Drive targeted traffic, optimizing campaigns for maximum return on investment, and
delivering measurable outcomes aligned with the business objectives.
Requirements:
 Proven experience in managing search media campaigns, PPC, with a focus on
Google Ads (and interest on other platforms like Bing)
 Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding performance targets.
 Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to drive actionable
insights.
 Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a keen eye for detail.
 Google Ads certification or equivalent credentials are highly desirable.
