Salary: R26000 - R36000 p/m.

The client is a growing agency managing 30 retained clients with plans to scale. They have solid SOPs in place and work with an external design team to deliver high-quality creatives.

The Role: Paid Ads Specialist (Meta Focus)

This role exists to take charge of a dedicated portion of the agency''s 30 retained clients to ensure the delivery of results. The main focus is to build, launch, manage, and optimize Meta ad campaigns while working directly with leadership. The specialist is expected to follow existing systems, proactively suggest new ideas, and handle ongoing campaign strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Meta ad campaigns end-to-end with 2-5 years of direct experience.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta and potentially Google ad campaigns.
• Take ownership of a portion of the 30 retained clients to ensure performance and retention.
• Write high-converting ad copy with a focus on strong grammar and persuasive writing.
• Deliver regular reports on campaign performance for internal review and client communications.
• Brief external design teams and perform minor design tweaks in Figma when needed.
• Identify gaps in current systems and adjust tactics to improve campaign performance.
• Use tools like Zapier to connect Meta to Conversions API and client CRMs.

About You

• 2-5 years of experience directly managing Meta ad campaigns.
• Strong written English with excellent grammar and spelling.
• Design capabilities, including the ability to make small creative tweaks in Figma.
• Strong reporting skills and the ability to analyze and communicate data clearly.
• Self-starter who does not require micromanaging or constant check-ins.
• Ability to work UK hours (Monday to Friday, 8 am -5 pm) with no accent.
• Experience managing Google Ads.
• Knowledge of the renewable energy sector, including Solar PV, Battery Storage, and Air Source Heat Pumps.
• Experience with technical integrations like Zapier, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
• Experience communicating directly with paying clients and delivering design briefs.
