Packhouse Manager - Citrus - Hoedspruit

SUMMARY:
Our client that is in the Agricultural industry is looking for a Packhouse Manager to join their team in Hoedspruit.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

• Std. 10/Grade 12 plus further related studies
• Minimum 5 years’ extensive experience in an export market-driven citrus pack house operation
• In-depth knowledge of all pack house practices, including, but not limited to, production planning and execution, administration, logistics and workers engaged in receiving, grading, packing and storing citrus fruit for shipping, mechanisation, utility management, safety and health, environmental, quality (SHEQ), general personnel administration, risk management, staff management, annual asset calculation, limiting expenses
• Knowledge of electronic sizers and maintenance (MAFRODA)
• Sound knowledge of supply chain software (e.g.PR3)
• In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, e.g. Global Gap, Tesco Nurture, HACCP, etc.
• Computer related skills- MS Office, Outlook, etc.
• Must be literate and conversant in Afrikaans and English
