POSITION INFO:

My client in the fruit farming Sector is looking for an experienced Citrus and Grapes Packhouse Manager to be responsible for quality control, managing all Packhouse employees, productivity and line balancing, training and development, discipline, managing the program for packing, cost management and system management (BRC, OHS, SIZA)

Minimum qualification requirements and skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Agriculture or relevant qualification
• 5 Years relevant experience in Citrus and Grapes Packhouse Management
• Excellent organizing abilities
• Great attention to detail
• Excellent Computer Skills
• Must be able to work independently and proactively
• Have excellent communication skills
