Packaging Supervisor

Our client, a leading FMCG manufacturer, seeks to employ a supervisor to lead the manufacturing of packaging for consumer and FMCG goods.

This role is ideally suited to a candidate who is multi-skilled in both staff supervision, as well as machinery maintenance and quality control of various packaging materials

KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION:

• You will have completed Matric, coupled with 3-5 years experience in leading a team within a diverse packaging production facility
• You will have a keen eye for detail, able to problem solve and ensure the highest quality standards of end products to eliminate waste and report on non-conformances.
• You will have a thorough understanding of machinery maintenance, as well as being able to train operators in both the production process and the maintenance of equipment.
• You will be energetic, motivating and be able to mentor and communicate effectively
• You must have a valid driver’s licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record
