A conglomerate company with an international footprint and a leader in its industry is looking for a Packaging Manager to be based in KwaZulu Natal. This company manufactures food products, and their reach expands to various countries in the world. An experienced and detail-oriented Packaging Manager is required to assist in the factory and lead a team. The candidate must have technical maintenance experience and must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Apply today if you have what it takes.

Education:

NDip/BTech/BEng/BSc in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or Supply Chain

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Minimum 4 years’ experience in a packing facility
Exposure to FMCG industry
Must be able to develop and implement packaging strategies into the department
A good continuous improvement track record, ability to improve efficiencies within the factory and reduction of costs
