SUMMARY:
Our client in the packaging industry is urgently looking for an Administrator to join their organization

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Location: Krugersdorp, Gauteng

Requirements:

Matric
Having an administrative qualification will be an added advantage
Must have 5 years of administration experience
Must have own vehicle and a valid driver's license
Must be fluent in Afrikaans
Must have excellent Excel skills
Must have a firm grasp on data capturing

Responsibilities:

Establish, promote, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Receiving and processing sales transactions for customers
Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments
Maintaining and updating customer service reports and customer records
Expediting orders through internal liaison
General admin duties as requested
Maintaining time management skills and working well under pressure
