PURCHASING CLERK
POSITION INFO:
A national concern is urgently seeking a PURCHASING CLERK - based in the outskirts of Pietermaritzburg (Durban bound).
PERSON MUST BE ABLE TO START AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Matric (Grade 12).
Good written and verbal communication skills (English).
Code 08 driver''s license and preferably own reliable transport.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Person must have very strong MS Excel skills.
Person with very strong administrative skills would be suitable, previous purchasing experience would be an added advantage.
Previous accounting experience a strong advantage.
3yrs+ previous experience in a similar position.
Stock reconciliations.
Experience in working with delivery notes and purchase orders.
Administration of purchasing orders.
Administration of logistics.
Running of reports.
Trading and selling of raw materials.
Administer transport sales and imports.
Salary package: - To be discussed
