Reporting to the Director. You will be required to:

• SPD and Design of high specification residential building projects
• Council/Construction Drawings
• Site plan layout
• Plan layout and design development
• Residential design and development
• Project management

Qualifications

• Masters in Architecture
• Registered as a Professional Architect with SACAP

Skills

• 10 years experience with at last 3-5 yrs residential exp.
• Revit
• AutoCAD
• Microsoft Suite
• Adobe Suite
• Render Applications (Advantage)
• Detail oriented and analytical
• Technical Construction experience
• Good Communication and Networking skills
