Job Description

Reporting to the Production Manager and Director, you will be required to:

• Do Site visits
• Prepare and evaluate tenders, cost control
• Manage construction progress schedules
• Prepare Capex Viability studies
• Project Cost Estimates
• Project Cash-flow Forecasts and update
• Prepare Contract Tenders, monthly payment certificates
• Review and evaluate claims and additional work orders
• Prepare final Accounts with Sub-contractors, clients
• Prepare monthly cost reports
• Work with JBCC, NEC and all contractual details
• Work with upmarket, prestigious projects

Qualifications

• BSc/BTech QS
• PrQS or Candidate QS
