This Construction company undertakes new retail projects and upgrades

Job Description

Reporting to the Contracts Manager:

You will be required to:

• Identify labour, material, time requirements by studying proposals,
• Analyze tender requirements and specifications
• Analyze drawings and specifications
• Compute costs by analyze labour material and time requirements.
• Estimate and quote claims.
• Ensure all Commercial project paperwork is in place and complete
• Scan tenders on CIDB and Tender bulleting
• Price tender documents
• Attend Site briefing
• Collect and submit tender document
• Request for Quotations from suppliers
• Order materials
• Collect material from suppliers to sites
• Costing the project

Qualifications

• BSc / BTech QS ideally

Skills

• Min 2 years’ experience in retail
• Must be able to work independently
• BOQ experience
• CCS
• MS Projects
• MS Excel
• Must have good accuracy and quality of work
