Job Description

Reporting to the  Contracts Manager, you will be required to

• Exhibit strong leadership skills in the day to day running of the project
• Responsibility for administrative, operational, quality and H&S functions
• Attend and participate in the Contract kick-off meeting.
• Execute the contract from start up until final completion in accordance with agreed contract conditions
  and company policies.
• Coordinating progress of site works
• Monitoring current progress versus required progress

Qualifications

• Diploma / BTech

Skills

• 10 to 15 years’ experience in the building construction field
• Must have experience in Office and commercial developments
• MS Project required
