You will be responsible for the following.

Develop detailed design plans and comprehensive technical drawings in accordance with project requirements, industry standards, and client specifications.

Prepare high-quality design presentations to clearly communicate concepts, material selections, finishes, and spatial layouts to clients and project stakeholders.

Create accurate and visually compelling 3D designs, renderings, and walkthrough visuals to illustrate design intent and enhance client understanding and approval.

Produce advanced 3D rendered images and animated videos, ensuring a high level of realism, detail, and visual impact, as this will be the primary focus of the role.

Collaborate closely with project teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure design concepts are accurately translated into executable drawings and final installations.

Assist with project management tasks, including coordination, scheduling, and progress tracking, where required, with prior project management experience considered an added advantage.
