PUM 16499 - Professional Architect (Programme Manager) – Cape Town

Reporting to the Director.

You will be required to:

• Ensure adherence with cash flow and programme.
• Draft cash flow and programme.
• Meet deadlines.
• Ensuring that all documentation is filed correctly.
• Manage procurement.
• Manage consultant’s appointments and performance.
• Manage contractor’s appointments and performance.
• Comply with all processes and protocols.
• Manage contracts, including JBCC and NEC.
• Checking invoices and their correctness.
• Professional reviews on Stage Architectural Reports.
• Being a member of the Bid Evaluation Committee.
• Reviews of invoices.
• Review of appointments, additional fees, and any other related matters.

Making sure Auditor General audits are successfully completed.
