PTP Concierge

POSITION INFO:

Qualifications:

vBCom Finance/Accounting degree.
v2+ years experience with Accounts Payable including contracts.
vStrong system skills including experience with SAP and SAP SRM.
vAdvanced user in Microsoft Excel.
vGood communication skills, ability to provide support and ensure adherence to internal controls and processes.
vInfluence and manage employees not under direct line supervision.
v

Responsibilities:

vBe one of the local key contact persons for all PTP related activities.
vResponsible for the internal flow of financial documents (invoices / reminders / other).
vReview and create shopping carts for goods and services as well as processing payments on invoices and contracts.
vResponsible for the invoice management of incidents, communication with BPO, vendors and requesters.
vManage blocked invoices report: research and resolve issues for invoices listed on the Invoice On Hold, Parked, Aging and AP Trial Balance reports.
vReview and improve KPI’s measured for PTP processes.
vInvestigate improvement opportunities and risks within the PTP process.
vBe part of the “one-stop-shop” approach for local stakeholder for SAP/Foundation global teams for PTP.
vPerform activities in compliance with all internal company procedures.
