BCom Law / LLB + (or part qualified), 5 Years+ experience as a Designated Agent / Inspector within a Bargaining Council / Dept of Labour / CCMA at Management level. Must have CCMA & Labour Law practicalities eg Labour Relations Act & BCEA focussing on Collective Bargaining, Dispute Resolution & Conflict Management, Compliance & Enforcement of Collective Bargaining Agreement terms. 5 years+ Office Management, People Management & Administration Management. Monitor Compliance Establishments with the Collective Agreement & Inspections, Investigation of Complaints, Registration of Establishments & Employees & Systems.
