PROPERTY UTILITY CO-ORDINATOR

SUMMARY:
Property Utility Co-ordinator Southern Suburbs Salary: R10 000 to R15 000

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements:

•  Matric
• 2-5 years utility administration ESSENTIAL
• 2-5 year’s Financial experience
• High levels of recording accuracy (capturing data)
• Receives reconciles and records utility accounts from respective municipalities
• Resolves municipal accounts queries with relevant municipalities, and records queries with external meter reading vendors - ingoing
• Records and submits recovery amounts to property administration department for billing purposes - monthly
• Responsible for drafting and submitting total utility recovery reports to Group Property Manager, and Accounts - monthly
