JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:
  • Manage ongoing rentals/tenant liaison
  • Track and keep leads
  • Shoe prospective tenants' units
  • Receiving signed contracts from tenants
  • Check tenants moving in - handing over of keys, ensure all repairs in the unit are complete, supervising cleaning, etc
  • Issue and load control tags
  • Load tenant information on in house system 
  • Assist Operations Manager
  • Sales function
  • Will be required to work after hours and on weekends to do inspections, viewings, etc
