A leading property Investment Company has an opportunity available for a Property Consultant in Durbanville, Cape Town

POSITION INFO:

Requirements

• Experience selling property
• Registered with the EAAB
• NQF 4 or in the process of completing it
• Computer literate and has Excel experience
• Provide consulting services and property sales to primary buyers.
• Sell investment property to first time investors with an income of R30 000 or less.
• To refer clients who already have a property portfolio to a Property Investment Strategist.
• To refer clients who earn an income of more than R30 000 to a Property Investment Strategist.
• To call, email, whatsapp and sms clients daily and schedule consultations with the client if necessary.
• To arrange and facilitate show house viewings.
