PROPERTY CONSULTANT – Durbanville – Northern Suburbs

Our client is seeking to hire three dynamic property consultant that have a strong sales background in property. In this position they supply you with the stock and the clients.

Some of your DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES will include:

• Provide consulting services and property sales to primary buyers and investors.
• Sell investment property to first time investors.
• Sell exclusive IGrow New Developments.
• Call incoming leads and schedule consultations with client.
• Arrange and facilitate show house viewings.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant diploma/degree (financial qualification advantageous)
• NQF 4: Real Estate
• EAAB/ Fidelity Fund certificate
• Minimum 2 years of property sales experience – preferably in the new developments

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Consulting with clients
• Experience in selling residential property.
• Sectional title
• Experience with property contracts
• Knowledge of the property sales process
• Understanding investments
• Dealing with high net-worth clients
• Sales skills and closing the deals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and assertive
• Computer literate, including Excel skills
• Own transport
• Great Telephone etiquette
• Trust entity and company structures
• Property financing
• Property registration
• Tax
