PROPERTY BROKER ASSISTANT – Cape Town
R15 000 – R20 000 Per Month Negotiable based on relevant years of experience
This role supports and reports into the Property Director.
Our client, a growing commercial & industrial property developer is in search of a highly organised, socially confident, sales orientated and client centric individual to take on the role of property broker assistant.
You are highly articulate, self-motivated, dependable, possessing a strong command of the English language (both verbal and written) together with well-developed presentation and client relationship building skills.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Cold calling on clients.
- Answering and making client call.
- Preparing client correspondence and scheduling of meetings.
- Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems.
- Preparing listing materials and posting of property listings.
- Managing a client database and preparing report
- Draw up Offers to Purchase and Offer to Lease documents from templates
- Prepare and proofread necessary sales and leasing packs
- Assist in the Creation of marketing
- Provide other office administration and errand support to the Director
Skills and Experience required:
- Minimum Matric
- Relevant Property / Sales / Marketing or Related qualification is advantageous!
- 2 Years relevant property related experience
- 2 Years telephonic business development / cold calling / sales experience
- Working knowledge of CMA, WINDEED, Google earth would be a positive! (Can learn)
- Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Own reliable transport and valid driver’s license
