POSITION INFO:

PROJECT PLANNER

Our client a construction company is seeking a project planner

DUTIES:

Drafting of Tender Programme of Works

Assist with the populating the Information & Long Lead Schedule and Risk Register

Assist with the drafting of the Construction Programme of Works

Assist with the revising Construction Programme of Works, including delays

Assist with the populating of Progress Updates

Assist with the JBCC Delay Dashboard updating

Assist with the NEC Dashboard Updating and reporting

Assist with the drafting Subcontractor Programm

Assist in the submission delay claims in terms of the contractual requirements.

Track and monitor delays experienced to comply with contractual obligations in conjunction with the Project Administrator

KNOWLEDGE:

Contracts (NEC, JBCC)

Computer Knowledge

CCS Candy

Quantity Surveying

Planner

Contractual Knowledge

Project Implementation

Client engagement capabilities

EXPERIENCE:

+- 2 Years’ site experience

1 Year office experience

2 Years planner experience

EDUCATION AND TRAINING

Matric (Minimum with years of relevant experience)

Project Management (beneficial) EDUCATION & TRAINING

Diploma in Construction Management or Project Management

CCS Construction Programming Training (Beneficial)

SALARY: R6000- R10 000
