Market Leaders for geotechnical, material testing and topographic surveys for oil and gas, mining and construction projects seeks a South African to work in Saudi Arabia, as a Project Manager

You will strategically manage highly complex projects or a portfolio of projects, on an international level, maintain high profile client relationships at a strategic level, act as a role model for more junior colleagues and as a champion of project management discipline best practice and improvement initiatives and drive compliance with company procedure and processes with project teams under their supervision and represents a project escalatory path for project issues.

You will collaborate closely with colleagues in the Project team, Operations department and Commercial team in-country and regionally to ensure support is provided where needed.

Qualifications/Skills required:

Bachelor Engineering degree – Civil Engineering in Geotechnical or Geology

Working experience 8-15 years Commercial

Technical and Practical Project Management experience

Project Planning:

Identify and communicate project requirements and resources Scheduling and allocation of equipment and resources in line with specific project requirements. Develop Project Execution Plan (PEP) and performance measurement baselines (scope, time, cost quality) and ensure projects (phases) are executed according to baselines. Assist in compilation of technical/commercial proposals where necessary

Project Execution:

Manage the day-to-day financial control of the projects, including budget forecasting, financial performance, periodic reporting and planning in line with the company’s key business objectives. Continuous communication and liaison with clients, operations and laboratory departments, and other project stakeholders to ensure timely submission of deliverables and client satisfaction. Manage opportunities for out of scope work. Attend and conduct regular internal/external technical project meetings, kick-off meetings and safety sessions.

Project Accounting:

Variation order tracking and identifying opportunities for additional billing. Project budgets, cash flows, cost tracking and forecasts. Monthly and quarterly reporting on project financials actual vs budget per contract award. Preparation of project financial reports Profit analysis on projects. Earned Value/Revenue forecasting. Intercompany clearing uploading of all charges for the month, check and upload all the charges received from other OpCo and preparing reconciliation

QHSSE Compliance:

Ensure that Fugro policies and procedures are understood, implemented and adhered to by all employees. Preparation of project execution plans, method statements, schedules, QHSE plans and risk assessments to address stringent Client HSE and technical requirements in line with Company procedures.

KPI’s:

Resource capacity Proper allocation and utilization of resources to meet project completion timelines Project Completion Ratio – Actual versus Baseline Completion of Project Milestones in a timely manner according to baseline. Cost Performance Index Measures expense efficiency of a project by comparing the budgeted cost of the work accomplished divided by actual amount spent.

Debtors’ data capturing and Processing - Montague Gardens - R6 000 to R9 000 per month

Suppler of premium FMCG products seeks a  Debtors’ data capture.  You will be responsible for:

-          Loading of Pods for the warehouses

-          Downloading Claim from various Customer Portals and maintain.

-          Monday''s submitting the schedules for the SPAR stores - Open items entries on Pastel vs invoices

-          Sending Woollies the tax invoices and follow up on the portal.

-          Opening new customer accounts on Pastel

-          Following up with overdue debtors on a daily basis

-          Ordering stock for office and staff on daily basis.

-          Withdraw Payfast every second day and reconcile the portal vs kwelanga invoices.

-          Recording petty cash entries daily in book -  Payments / Receipts.

-          Assisting with daily Filling of invoices/claims, statements etc.

-          Ad-hoc assistance with any other duties required for the smooth running of the department

-          Assisting with resolving queries on customer accounts

Exp and min requirements

-          Kwelanga (Supply Chain Management Tool) and Pastel software

-          Grade 12

-          3yrs Debtors exp

-          Own car

-          English and Afrikaans
