POSITION INFO:

Production Supervisor Food Processing/FMCG/Bakery - Killarney Gardens - R23 000 - R26 000 per month

FMCG Company seeks a Production Supervisor with food/bakery/process experience.

The successful candidate will be reporting to the Production Manager and will be responsible for proper and accurate execution of the daily production plan, optimum use of production resources, i.e. team members and equipment and managing product yields; maintain waste within the requirement targets

You will maintain proper functioning of manufacturing equipment, maintain all documentation, notify staff about equipment and production problems and any deviations, lease with all internal departments to ensure optimal performance of the production function and support department head/manager with key initiatives relevant to the department

Comply with the necessary Occupational Health and Safety requirements. Ensure compliance to all food safety regulations, allergen control, housekeeping and pest control. Participate in personal hygiene checks

Min NQF Level 4/ related qualification, 3 years in food manufacturing experience and 2 year’s management experience
