PRODUCTION CONTROLLER (CHEMISTRY)

RedCat Recruitment is urgently seeking a suitably qualified and experienced PRODUCTION CONTROLLER (CHEMISTRY) for a well-established company, position based in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Grade 12.

Valid driver’s license / own reliable vehicle.

Tertiary qualification in chemistry.

Competent computer skills (Email / MS Office).

2yrs+ previous working experience in a manufacturing factory environment.

Ensure that ISO 9001 standards are adhered to; all mixing tanks are kept clean; raw materials are drawn from the batch numbers; raw materials for all products are accurately measured; mixes are following correct mixing procedures as per batch sheets.

Obtain samples of products.

Ensure any changes to mixed products are carried out accurately; final samples are given to the laboratory technician for testing and tests are signed off.
