SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the building of products that clients want and need and guide the team around knowing the sequence/priority in which to build these products, ensuring they are successful and innovative in the market.

Primary responsibilities:

Optimise all elements of the product through prioritising, coordinating, and driving systems development work with the development team.
Responsible for steering the development, improvement, and changes to our collection platform in the right direction.
Work closely with our implementation, analyses, and inhouse development teams to translate functional requirements into technical/workable requirements.
Measure, evaluate, and improve product performance.
Progress reports/meetings.
Track trends to contribute to the product roadmap that will ensure customer satisfaction.
Product strategy development based on facts and initiative.
Work across internal functions to ensure the alignment of targets and goals.

Requirements:

Relevant Degree or Diploma
Knowledge of the product lifecycle with at least 5 years experience in the payment solutions industry with a focus on collections.
Demonstrated project management experience.
Ability to make decisions and take the lead.
The ability to back your decisions with facts.
Performance and customer service driven.
