SUMMARY:
Well established Law Firm in Brooklyn is looking for a Legal PRO in the Conveyancing Department to join their team

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:
  •  
  • Form new client relations and maintain relationships with existing clients;
  • Carry out market research to identify new role players in the market to approach for new work;
  • Enhance business relationships to leverage additional opportunities;
  • Manage stakeholder relationships by providing market feedback to stakeholders, arranging training sessions for stakeholders, attending functions and relevant training sessions of stakeholders;
  • Compile and monitor the Property Marketing Budget and provide monthly reports to directors;
  • Propose, initiate and plan new marketing initiatives and ensure these adhere to the firm’s corporate governance;
  • Organize, co-ordinate and implement marketing events;
  • Compile a marketing plan for the Property Division as well as a focused and detailed plan for each director and fee earner;
  • Communicate new client procedures and requirements to personnel and professional staff and implement necessary processes;
  • Conduct working progress discussions on Transfers with the secretaries on estate agent matters and provide the report to the fee earner.
 
Requirements:
  • 3 -5 years of experience in Public Relations within the Real Estate Sector;
  • Knowledge of Property Market is essential;
  • Added advantage: Current and active Real Estate Agent relationships;
  • Outgoing personality with excellent people skills;
  • Presentable and Professional;
  • Innovative and able to drive initiatives;
  • Must have a driver’s license with own vehicle.
