LEGAL PRACTICE MANAGER - Cape Town, CBD

A boutique law firm is looking for a Financial guru to join their firm as a Practice Manager.

POSITION INFO:
/Minimum requirements:

Grade 12/Matric
Relevant Financial degree
At least 5 years'' experience in a similar role
Must be able to prepare income statements, trial balances, and monthly management accounts
Experience dealing with payroll administration and management, including PAYE, UIF, SDL and leave
This position includes the following duties:
banking, including trust account administration
information technology
human resources management
administration and compliance, including SARS (income tax and VAT)
premises management
managing the firm’s audit and auditor
B-BBEE status monitoring
preparation of client statements and collections
preparing monthly debtors’ age analysis
ad hoc queries from clients and staff
