PCS has been in operation since 1983 specializing in the industries mentioned in the job description as well as some other specific sectors such as Travel, Hospitality & Legal.

Job Description

 

You will be tasked with keeping the existing relationship with some of our existing clients but in the main your main responsibility will be to develop new clients – mainly in the construction, engineering, manufacturing industries (all types) as well as possibly IT.

Once you have secured a client & properly qualified the vacancy(s) the client might have, you will have a team of Researchers to source for the suitable candidates. You will then be responsible to deal with the client to its satisfactory & successful conclusion.

 

Qualifications

 

• Matric
• Tertiary qual will be an advantage.

 

Skills

 

• You will ideally have had a min of 3+ years exp either as a 360 Recruitment Consultant or as a Business Development Consultant in one or more of the specified industries in the job description. Otherwise as a Sales Engineer / Business Development Consultant in the technical field.
• Good command of verbal & written English.
• Afrikaans will be an advantage.
