SUMMARY:
Our client, based in the Engineering Sector is looking for a PLC & SCADA Technician with at least 5 years experience in the field. The successful candidate will take on a high level of responsibility, supporting the maintenance departments and production requirements.

Hands-on maintenance experience will be beneficial as skills will be utilised when needed.

Must have a Degree or Diploma!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Min. Requirments:

At least 5 years experience in technical.
Degree or Diploma in related to Technical discipline.
Ability to work on Rockwell (Allen Bradley PLC).
Ability to work on Omron PLC.
Ability to work on Mitsubishi PLC.
Ability to work on Sharp, Toshiba, Delta, Rexroth PLC.
Computer literate in MS Word and Excel.

Duties:

Troubleshooting and fault diagnostics on PLC controlled equipment.
Programming changes to PLC programs using ladder format.
Ability to access adroit scada system.
Ability to fault find and repair instrumentation for temperature control.
Assist other maintenance personnel with equipment repairs and research.
Repair computer-based equipment.
Perform work order repairs, inspections and adjustments.
Repair and adjustments to Robots
Participates in plant safety, health and environmental programs.
