PHP Developer - an opportunity to join a fast paced, growing PHP house who specialise in learning management systems!

The Role:
You''ll be joining a small but close team where you will be responsible for writing tested code for a range of projects, liaising with various stakeholders and reviewing code, amongst other things. You should have at least a year''s commercial experience and a really good attitude!

From a tech perspective, the team are currently using HTML, CSS, PHP (Laravel), MySQL and JavaScript (Vue.js - although experience with something similar would be ok too).

Overall, you should be a strong communicator creative, of course, and share in their passion for development and strong relationships!

Your New Company:

Specialising in learning management systems these guys have been busier than ever over the past year and for obvious reasons, their service has become even more important. With that trend set to continue they are growing across the business so it''s a great time to join!

With almost 20 years behind them and an interesting client list, including household names like PayPal and BPP, this is a great time to join and they offer some pretty decent benefits too - a personal development budget for all of their devs and a four and a half day week to name a couple!

They have a beautiful office space in Manchester, a relaxed culture, and a good social calendar.

You:
Obviously you''ll be a developer who enjoys working with PHP and JavaScipt, specifically Laravel and Vue/React/Angular.
However, beyond that, the team have created a nice, relaxed dynamic where they have a good mix of personalities and everyone works well together. They like their people to be happy, believing you will be more creative that way so, they do their best to make it happen!

Salary & Interview Process:

We have a rough range of £26-30k for this role depending on experience, with a range of benefits on top of that.
The role is entirely remote, for now, but going forward they would like a mix of in office, at home working however, it''s entirely flexible.

The interview process is straight forward, you will have an informal chat with the principle dev to hear a little bit more about the role, complete a relatively straight forward coding test and all being well, a more formal interview following that.
