POSITION INFO:

Job & Company Description:

High performer candidate will be developing and delivering systems or system enhancements, according to customer requirements, taking responsibility for all aspects of the SDLC where needed. They will also support these systems to resolve production issues.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

IT Degree or national diploma from a university (Advantageous)
Except for graduates, they need to have Microsoft development experience developing line of business applications
3 years’ experience (at intermediate rate) but preferable more than 5 years.
Strong SQL programming skills and relevant experience
.NET development experience
MVC, MVVM, WPF, WCF, XAML experience
User experience qualifications, skills, or experience
Microsoft certifications on current technologies (MCPD, MCSD)
Team Foundation Server and Visual Studio Team System experience
Consulting and ISD project experience

Competency skills:

Have strong execution and delivery skills, with high levels of responsibility
Strong customer service focus
Good communication skills
Ability to work in project teams, while also have drive to motivate themselves
Good time management skills
Strong in solution design
