POSITION INFO:
RedCat Recruitment is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced PHARMACY ASSISTANT for a well-established pharmacy, position based in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Grade 12.
Relevant qualifications and certification with Pharmacy Council of South Africa.
Working knowledge of ProPharm dispensary computer programme.
Previous working experience in private pharmacy.
Dispensing medication to customers under supervision of attending pharmacist.
Stock control of dispensary medication, including stocking of shelves.
Involved with quarterly stock takes that occur after hours.
Attend to customer queries in respect of products not necessarily behind the dispensary counter.
Marketing and promotion.
Any other tasks reasonably appointed by the attending pharmacist of responsible pharmacist.
Salary package offered: - Market related
