SUMMARY:
PHARMACEUTICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE - WEST RAND

POSITION INFO:

My client has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic candidate with a good pharma sales background to cover the West rand region

Experience & Qualifications

Sales and marketing qualification essential.
Relevant qualification in the Sciences is a distinct advantage.

Essential experience required

Dispensing Doctor/retail pharmacy and independent pharmacy experience
2-3 years strong direct sales & detailing experience is preferred
Corporate pharmacy/ group, Chain pharmacy management experience
Previous experience dealing with wholesalers an advantage
Scheduled pharmaceutical product experience is essential

Responsibilities include:

Detailing product portfolio to (Anti-infective, CNS, CVS, Respiratory, Anti-Diabetic, Anti-inflammatory) to all relevant parties (Dispensing Doctors & Pharmacists)
Build relationships with pharmacy staff including pharmacists and pharmacy buyers
Grow and develop new business to build a solid customer base.
Manage the territory in a cost-efficient manner.
Maintaining monthly business expenditure
Attend regional team meetings and conferences.
Organizing pharmacy training events
Promoting the product portfolio through organized exhibitions and meetings
Country trips monthly
