JOB DESCRIPTION:

Skilled Personal Assistant Sought by an Operations Manager in the Northern Suburbs of Johannesburg. The candidate must be able to travel with the Operations Manager as needed and must be flexible, adaptable, and organised. This role requires excellent communication and administrative skills and exceptional computer skills (including Excel Pivot tables/stats). You must have a financial background and a good understanding of financial statements. A professional individual with integrity and the ability to work in a confidential environment.

Although you must be an out-of-the-box thinker and need to take initiative at times, you must be able to work well under instruction.

You must have a reliable vehicle, and license.

Salary: 10 000 - 12 000

Requirements:

National Senior Certificate or Equivalent
Financial/Stats/Data or Relevant qualifications will be beneficial
Good Communication Skills
Skilled Administrator
Exceptional Excel Skills, Including Pivot Tables/Stats
Financial Background and a good understanding of FS.
Good Assisting Skills
Willing to Travel
Honest, ethical, integrity, professional
Drivers and License
