SUMMARY:


POSITION INFO:

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Personal Assistant / Office Manager at a company in Ceres. The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Acting as Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer
  • Reception
  • Switch Board
  • Office Management
  • General Office Administration

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Well organized 
  • Fantastic communication skills in both English and Afrikaans (fully bilingual) 
  • 2 - 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Ability to communicate on all levels
  • Must reside in or around the Ceres area
