Position: PERM DESK CONSULTANT
Inherent requirements:
• Matric
• 2 to 3 years’ experience within a sales environment
• Computer literate
Other requirements and skills:
• Sale or Marketing qualification
• Relationship building skills
• People skills
• Highly organized with strong presentation skills
Duties and responsibilities:
• Diligently follow and implement the Company’s Processes and Procedures
related to Permanent Staff Recruitment for a Client
• Receive job specifications from clients and familiarize oneself with job
specifications for each client
• Arrange client visitation and build relationships
• Obtain detailed job specifications from Clients and information related to
a required position, which will assist in the selection of suitable candidates
who could be promoted to the Client for possible employment?
• Scrutinize various clients / potential client websites for vacancies
• Place adverts within 8 hours of job specifications being received on all
relevant web-based platforms
• Remove job adverts as soon as the position has been successfully filled
• Source candidates from the database who meet the client requirements
• Contact candidates to enquire as to whether they are interested in certain
jobs
• Forward the candidates CVs to the clients that meet most of the
requirements as per the client’s request, staffing needs or job
requirements as supplied by the client
• Ensure that the client is updated as to where you are in the process of any
potential placement
• Conduct phone call reference checks on every candidate’s CV
• Ensure all relevant documents are present in the candidate packs provided
to clients
