PC Laptop & Printer Technician

POSITION INFO:

Company situated in Mnt Edgecombe KZN is urgently looking for a highly skilled , experienced and motivated PC Laptop & Printer Technician. The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong understanding of desktop computers, laptops and operating systems, routinely thinks outside the box to solve problems quickly and understands what an impeccable quality service is all about.

Responsibilities

· Test computers / laptops / Printers to ensure proper functioning

· Full Hardware and Software Diagnostics

· Assemble, disassemble, and troubleshoot hardware components

· Resolve escalated or complex queries that exceed the knowledge base of the Team

· Quality control

· Repair computer hardware and printers as required

· Test and implement new software programs for the company

Experience & Qualifications

· 3+ years’ experience as a Computer/Printer Technician

· CompTIA A+ certification

· Strong understanding of desktop and laptops hardware, also Microsoft Operating Systems.

· Able to read and understand technical manuals

· Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively

· Attention to detail

Clear criminal and be willing to do a Polygraph.

Salary is R7000.00 Basic + Incentive up to R2500.00 based on productivity.
