PAYROLL CLERK

SUMMARY:
Company situated in Jet Park, Boksburg seeking a Payroll Clerk with SAGE VIP experience.

POSITION INFO:

The responsibilities of the Payroll Clerk in summary, but not limited to would be:

• Vetting and capturing payroll transactions across all companies & payrolls
• Manage and/or assist the payroll department in the management of all clock card machines and the downloading of readings
• Printing and checking of reports for each pay period
• Supporting all staff with payroll and HR related issues
• Submitting and facilitating IOD claims
• Liaising with 3^rd parties where required
• Supporting the Payroll Administrator with all Payroll and HR related functions and responsibilities
• Printing and issuing of pay slips.

• 2+ years payroll clerk experience
• Able to liaise directly with all employees and levels of management.
• Non-corporate working environment.
• Strict attention to detail.
• MEIBC and MIBFA experience preferential.

Computer Literacy - essential

• Sage VIP – transactional as well as reporting
• MS Office – especially Outlook and Excel

Remuneration offer

Depending on skills and experience R15 to 17k

Half medical (optional)

Half provident fund contribution to company provident fund only
