PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR

SUMMARY:
Our client, a Chartered Accountants, and Business Advisory firm require the services of a Payroll Officer at their offices in the Tyger Waterfront.

POSITION INFO:

 
 RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Processing of salaries on Pastel Payroll & general payroll functions
• Reconciliation of payrolls and 3rd party payments
• Submission of UIF, EMP201 & EMP501 returns
• Submission of Compensation Commissioner returns
• Yearly reconciliation of the worker''s taxes on e-filing and E@syFile
• Consultations with clients
• Contact with SAID

• The successful candidate will have a relevant Diploma with at least 2 – 3 years experience in a similar position
• Must be computer literate with knowledge of employee tax, MS Word, Excel, Pastel Payroll, e-Filing and E@syFile
• Will have good organisational skills, administration and communication abilities, are able to work under pressure and am fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
