PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR

SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:

Our client, located in the scenic Breede River Valley (Wolseley) near Worcester, is involved in the cultivation, packaging, and export of various fruit cultivars. They currently have a vacancy for a PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Full VIP Payroll function
• Controlling and documenting sick leave, loans, leave, deductions etc.
• Daily Time and Attendance and Piecework
• Overall support for the HR Manager
• Ad hoc administration

REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Previous experience working on a farm would be beneficial.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and VIP
• Fully Bilingual in Afrikaans and English
• Previous Payroll training preferred.
