SUMMARY:
Our client is in URGENT need of PA/Secretary to start immediately. This is a maternity leave cover position (4-month contract position)
POSITION INFO:
Duties will include but not limited to:
• Day-to-day management of the office of the Department Managers e.g., diary management, correspondence, filling etc.
• Providing secretarial services and general office administration duties to the department
• Assisting in compiling correspondence and reports
• Arrangement of meeting and taking minutes at meeting
• Costing, travel and accommodations arrangements of Departmental Managers
• Constant liaison with staff, human resource, finances, collaborators, users, students, suppliers etc,
• Assisting the Department Managers with communication of staff/users and suppliers
• Facilitating visits of foreign and SA users/collaborators, students by ensuring travel and accommodation arrangements etc.
Minimum Requirements:
•Grade 12
•Secretarial Certificate (1 Year)
•2 – 3 years administrative / secretarial experience
•3-year qualification in Office Management or related (Advantageous)
•Stay in Stellenbosch or surrounding areas
