Job Description
Your duties will encompass:
- Develop and manage departmental goals and risks.
- Assess the scope of work of each new job/project to determine capacity and capability to tender.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, tasks and resources requirements to Management and Projects Teams respectively.
- Schedule and plan jobs and projects in time.
- Monitor project deliverables using the appropriate tools and continuously report on project status to the Client, Management and Projects Teams.
- Conduct on site quality inspection regularly and address any deficiencies holistically.
- Manage project changes and implement interventions to achieve project outputs.
- Manage all project resources to avoid financial loss (time, labour, budget)
- Draft and manage departmental budget.
- Management of departmental staff, performance evaluations, and personal development plans.
- Attend to all quality and safety compliance requirements applicable to Operations department (audits, queries etc.).
- Develop/Revise all operational process and procedures required.
- Overall planning and execution of operational activities.
- Monitoring and managing job card system and quotations.
- Perform all operational administrative functions and manage relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Material and inventory management, company equipment and operational assets.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Operations Management, Project Management, Business Administration and related fields.
Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office packages.
- HSEQ knowledge.
- Minimum 8 years in Operations Administration.
