PAM 15884 - Executive Assistant – Sandton

Your duties will encompass:

• Provide administrative support to CEO, CFO, HR Executive and Sales Executive.
• Manage complex calendars, travel and accommodation.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes and track action to completion.
• Coordinate executive reporting, performance updates and management packs.
• Coordinate and oversee Facilities Management functions.
• Manage the submission of bid documents, proposals and tenders and track tender opportunities.
• Prepare presentations and client decks.
• Coordinate all Executive Team meetings and retreats and assist with staff meetings and events.
